Alto Tower Kit, HO Scale, by Scientific is a detailed model kit for building Alto Tower in HO scale.
This kit includes all the parts needed to build Alto Tower either of the two ways shown. The model is comprised of laser-cut basswood, resin, and plastic components, and offers two options for construction: Late 20th Century and Early 20th Century versions.
Built in 1880, rail traffic was regulated on the Pennsylvania Railroad mainline in Altoona, PA from the Alto Tower through both World Wars and until its closure in 2012. Many aspects of this structure are meticulously measured and photographed to bring you incredible authenticity.
