Built for more takeoff power and top speed, this tuned pipe can deliver at least a 3000 rpm gain. It is specifically designed to wrap under the engine and stay out of the way, and it is best used with the 15mm carburetor.
The pipe includes all hardware needed to mount it to the engine and frame. Installation steps include removing the plastic engine cover, removing the stock exhaust can, keeping the stock exhaust gasket on the engine, and fitting the header pipe with the provided bolts.
Continue installation by leaving all bolts loose until complete, sliding the pipe together with the header pipe, and using lubricant for the very tight rubber tube fit. Remove the rear axle nut and the bolt from the gear tower where the pipe brackets attach, then tighten all bolts and clamps. Cut the engine cover where the stock muffler and header pipe exit, and reinstall the cover.
